It’s an old Spanish farm (finca), just outside the village of Mutxamel. The original year of construction is unknown.
 
In 2003 the farm has been renovated completely and has been changed into a restaurant. During the renovation, they tried to keep most of the ancient details, like the old kitchen with the fireplace, the old bread-oven and a water-spring.
At the entrance they were able to keep the original tiles, which give the house its special charm. Also the feeding place for the animals has been saved and has been integrated in the restaurant.
 
The house is situated on a 2200 m² plot, which has been pointed out by the local government as a building plot, so there is a possibility to realise more buildings.
 
On the ground floor you’ll find the restaurant with a modern stainless-steel kitchen, washrooms, storage places and a refrigerator room.
On the first floor there are 3 (bed)rooms, all with bath, toilet and separate entrance. There is also a laundry room. The terrace can be entered via 2 rooms, and is uncovered.
The house has central-heating (gas) and has normal water and electricity supply.
 
The large ground floor terrace has been covered by a fixed roof to protect guests for sun and rain. Extra seats and tables are covered for the sun.
 
The rest of the plot is used as a parking-lot, and you’ll find all kinds of trees growing here; oranges, lemons, mandarins, almonds and palm trees. The complete plot has been fenced, part of the fence is covered by plants.
