Construction was started on ‘Casa Rosa’ in 2007 and completed in 2008. The unique location is ideal for water activities as the fishing is abundant on Lake Gatun, five minutes away and access to ‘monkey island’ and other water eco attractions are superior to other locations. Casa Rosa has a river (creek) surrounding its ¾ hector land on all sides except the primary road where the entrance to the property is fenced and gated. The river provides minnows for bait along with water for the many, many birds that nest and play in the tall trees. It’s always enjoyable to watch a ‘king fisher’ working the river or the humming birds feeding on the large porch next to you.
