      The guesthouse has been busy since we started renting it and we can document the income it has earned. We will give you our client list, the vacation rental websites, and our personal website for the guesthouse itself. There are paid bookings well into 2010. We will hand over the rents upon closing.

      When you travel or leave for the hot summers, a caretaker can live in the guesthouse. It is fully equipped for cooking, has a second full bathroom, we call it the Palm Bathroom, with outside entrance with a stackable washer and dryer.
