The ceiling is beautiful wood. The floor is newly tiled in light colour. The two small bedrooms have a double and a single bed. The front room has two large windows, and could be used as either bedroom or office.
Furniture and curtains are included. The house is equipped with all new electric wiring. Electricity is the standard 110 volt, and there is also a double 110 volt,( for european 220 connection.) There is a fixed telephone line with highspeed internet connection. Cellphone reception is good.
The contact with the neighbours is good. People are generally helpful. A few quiet foreigners are within easy walking distance. One neighbor can provide organic vegetables. Another has eggs and milk. Once or twice a week a car comes selling fruit/vegetables.
