The house is located in a friendly family neighbourhood, and is surrounded by various mature fruit trees.
The inside is inviting - protected skylights provide warm natural light allover. Light colors have been used, combined with using natural wood.
At the back entrance is a secluded parking space, and a secure bodega.

the lower part of the walls is brick, the upper part is quality wood, doubled on the inside by gypsum board covered with drywall plaster.
