access is good, distance is 9 miles/ 16 km North-West of the town of San Ramon, Alajuela.
Bus stop and the school is a 10 min walk.
San Ramon is in the middle between capital San Jose and Puntarenas-beach, it is a university-town which has all facilities like hospital, pharmacies, open market, supermarkets, hotels etc.
Distance from home to airport is 1 hour 30 min.
Distance from home to the beach also 1 hour 30min, to be on the safe side.

The position is on a ( 0.12 acres) 498 m2 plot, a bit elevated and facing the road,
The house is located in a friendly family neighbourhood, and is surrounded by various mature fruit trees.
The inside is inviting - protected skylights provide warm natural light allover. Light colors have been used, combined with using natural wood.
At the back entrance is a secluded parking space, and a secure bodega.

Construction:
the lower part of the walls is brick, the upper part is quality wood, doubled on the inside by gypsum board covered with drywall plaster.
The ceiling is white and light and practical.
The tiling of the floors and walls is all new and the bathroom has a spacious (safe) shower.
The kitchen has a counter measuring 3m x 1.60m/ 10x5 ft, with further space for oven and fridge.
The kitchen has a second entrance, creating a kind of second kitchen or laundry room. There is a new typical "laundry-sink" or pila, but otherwise no appliances, although space has been calculated in for that.
More renovation could be done (laundry space, sheds), but is not urgent.
Also creating a car entry at the front can be considered.

House:
The kitchen-dining area and sitting room are openly adjoined,
and there's a telephone connection in both places.
