Eureka Peak Lodge is located in the eastern portion of the Cariboo region British Columbia, nestled in the beautiful Cariboo Mountains adjacent to Wells Gray Provincial Park. This cozy log lodge and its cabins on picturesque and remote Gotchen Lake is the only property on the lake, ensuring complete privacy.
The 2.2 hectare property has 230 meters of shoreline on the nearly 4 km long lake which makes it accessible via float plane from either Williams Lake or directly from Vancouver. The property can also be reached via gravel road by vehicle.
Along with spectacular mountain views over to Wells Grey Park you have excellent fishing right at your doorstep as well as on many other nearby lakes which can be reached by various horse and hiking trails leading from the property.
This is a unique opportunity to own a piece of Canadian wildness on lake front property without a single neighbour for miles around right next to beautiful Wells Grey Provincial Park with endless fishing opportunities for Rainbow and Lake Trout, as well as Kokanne.

1. All buildings have tin roofs and underground wiring for electricity.

2. The 4 guest cabins and lodge are log, the Guides cabin and shop and
tack shed are frame.

3. There are 8 buildings in total,

Lodge- 2128 square feet, there are two full bathrooms upstairs,one is
in the Master Bedroom, this one has a tub shower, the other has a
shower. Both have toilets and sinks. There are two other rooms
upstairs one we use as the office, the other is a bedroom or whatever.
The down stairs has Kitchen with Commercial 6 burner propane cook
stove,Bosch Dishwasher Electric Fridge with Ice and Water,Pantry and
Washer and Dryer. The Dinning Room sits 16 people comfortably, although
we have had 20. There is a Large Natural Stone Fireplace in the room
with couch and chairs and on the other side there is a Wood stove and
small sitting area off the Kitchen. There is also an island for
storage or Bar and a fly tying bench. There is also a 6 foot wide
covered deck on both sides of the Lodge built with treated lumber.

4. Guest Cabins one and two are 16 x 20, one with 2 double beds and the
other with a double bed and single bunk beds. Both have shower, toilets
and sink and wood heat. There is a 6 foot covered deck on each of these
cabins.
Guest Cabins 3 and 4 are 16 x 32, they have two bedrooms with two
double beds in each bedroom and a sink with vanity. There is a
central living space and full bathroom. They are heated with wood
stove. Both cabins have a covered 6 foot porch.

Tack Shed is 8 x 24, it has saddle wracks, work bench and one wall of
shelving, and the screened in Meat shed with counter for cleaning fish and
sink with cold water is 8 x 16.

Shop and Storage shed is 20 x 20 with plenty of work benches

Staff Cabin is 32 x 16 There are 4 bedrooms with bunks for 2 people
per room and 2 bathrooms with shower sink and toilet. There is a
common living area with a wood stove and couches.

Wood shed is 16 x 16 also with tin roof.

Smoke house for fish

Corrals 70 x 100 with small catch corral inside

Green house 8 x 16 and 5 raised beds

Floating T dock that will hold up to 4 boats and Float Plane Tie up.

Gotchen Lake has very good Rainbow Trout fishing and some Kokenee and of
course some course fish. The trout average 14 inches and up to 20 inches.

There are 3 other walk in lakes off the end of Gotchen, one has 2 boats on
it and one has 1 boat on it and the other a canoe on it. Their names are,
Catherine, McNiel and Skinny Lakes. Skinny Lake has just Rainbows in it,
Catherine has Rainbows and Kokanee in it and McNiel has Rainbow, Kokanee
and Lake Trout.

There are two other lakes that we ride Horseback to from the lodge, it is
about a 2 hour ride from the lodge. They are just Rainbow in these lakes
but are 16 inch average up to 24 inches. There is a canoe in there as
well.

There are several lakes within an hour drive ( probably 50) with a variety
of fishing, from Rainbow, Lake Trout and Kokanee. There are several
nearby creeks and rivers with excellent fishing for rainbow trout.

You can access great Alpine country within 2 hours from the lodge by
Horseback or Hiking.

We would include some horses and tack and boats and motors

All Electricity is powered by an 8 kw Diesel Generator and all the hot
water tanks are propane.

Water is Gravity fed from a spring

The place is on a Field septic system
