There is also a desk and message centre with built in cabinetry, high speed internet and a telephone.

The large Great Room looks out on to an extra large covered veranda and views of the Caribbean Sea. To the right of the Great Room is the master bedroom (14’ x 16’) with its own private veranda (6’ x 16’), his/her walk in closets and a large bathroom with two pedestal sinks, shower and claw foot tub. To the left of the Great Room is another bedroom with his/her walk-in closets and a large bathroom with pedestal sinks and shower/tub.

The lower level is accessed via a handmade wooden staircase to the 18’ x 24’ recreation room/family room with television and two sleeper couches. Large louvred doors lead out onto yet another covered porch measuring 24’ x 52’ which then steps out into the garden, and the swimming pool.

Two bedrooms lead off the family room, each with their own full bathrooms and large walk-in closets. Also to be found is the fifth bathroom with full shower and pedestal sink, and a large laundry room/storage room.
