Coastal Homesite for Sale in Campeche, Mexico

Club Nautico, Campeche, Prime Homesite & Membership

Campeche's Club Nautico is a Private Club just 10 minutes south of the city, where the elite families gather for recreation. Limited to just 400 Members, it was recently completely upgraded, with the new Infinity Olympic Swimming Pool, renovated Tennis Courts, beach facilities and Clubhouse all remodeled, along with the entrance to the Club, the Marina and docking area.

There were a limited number of homesites sold a number of years ago, and this is one of the best ones. it's located right on the main avenue coming down into the Club, overlooking both the street and the ocean. it's just a 2 minute walk to the Clubhouse and all the above mentioned facilities.

The homesite measures 20 X 30 meters, or 600 square meters total, more than enough for a very nice vacation or permanent home. since the Club already has electricity and other services, along with excellent security, you can have a home here and travel around without concerns.

The monthly dues for the Membership are 700 Pesos, around $US 55.00 at the current exchange rate. the sellers paid several thousand dollars recently as part of their quota for the extensive renovations of all the facilities.

If you have visited Campeche and decided it's a great place to live, but wanted to be on the ocean, you can have a very reasonably priced property just a few minutes away from the UNESCO World Heritage Historic Center, along the scenic old coastal road. Sellers have extensive other beachfront land holdings in the area and simply don't have time to use the Club or their membership.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: It was just announced that Grupo GES, an industrial conglomerate based in Campeche, will soon begin construction of the Campeche Country Club, just a couple of miles away from the Club Nautico. This project will have a championship golf course, residences, commercial areas and other amenities. It will be a sister project to the Yucatan Country Club in Merida and should be quite luxurious. The Grupo GES is owned by the family of the late Juan Camilo Mourino, former Secretary of the Interior, who was tragically killed in a private airplane crash last year. Their company has a chain of gasoline stations, petroleum transport companies, and a large number of international restaurant and service franchises. So they have the experience and financial capability to make this a great project. The effects of this project on the desirability and value of this homesite at the Club Nautico should be apparent!
