The main house has two full bedrooms and two full baths. The downstairs guestroom has it’s own patio entrance and access to the pool.

Upstairs in the master suite, the large bed-sitting room has a reading area, office area, triple-hung walk-in closet and bright bathroom. Niches, detail,and color surround you, and change your mood at once.

Walk out onto your “serenade terrace” and feel like a senorita from days gone by. Or enjoy your morning coffee from your rooftop terrace.

When you enter through the gate surrounded by ruby red bougainvillea you have entered a mini-resort. And you can call it home. From the softly-tiled front porch, through the entry and the great room beyond, you will feel like you have entered another era. It is like a Spanish hacienda, but with California sophistication.

Antique wooden doors, add to the warmth and charm of this home. Everywhere you turn there is a special detail whether it be an indigenous tapestry, cowhide rug, or the wooden refectory table, the whole effect is peace, grace, and beauty.

Challenge your friends to a beachfront game of horseshoes, or teach them how to play bocce. Your new home has both a bocce ball court and a horseshoe pit.

The guesthouse with full bath is cute, cozy and ready for your guests. Your biggest problem will be getting your guests to leave!

And to complete the resort-like feel, there is a “snail" shower and full bath open to the sea view and sun…you have not lived until you have showered by moonlight
