This brand new villa has been constructed to extremely high standards and will be offered fully furnished as of April 20th 2010.

Located in the sheltered area of Fanari, just 0.5 km from the nearest beach, and within 10 minutes from many other beaches, 9 km from the airport and
7 km from Mykonos main town and Port.

The 2 stone terraced areas both offer panoramic sea and sunset views,
with a BBQ, sun beds, and comfortable seating, ideal for your Al Fresco dining and entertaining requirements.

The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons.
There will be no extra charge for any additional guests however,
this must not exceed twelve (12) persons and the owner must be
informed before hand.

Rates include a one-time linen and towel setup for 8 guests. Amenity
fees are included in the rental rate except telephone bills and
heating fuel for long term rentals. A mobile phone can be provided
upon request. Wireless Internet connection is provided.

The house will be cleaned and linen and towels will be changed twice
a week, this service is included in the rental rate. We do not permit
linen or towels to be taken from the units. The pool will also be
properly maintained.
