Entering the gate will lead you past a grassy lawn bordered by coconut palms, hibiscus and tropical plants.

A covered front lanai overlooks the front lawn and provides a pleasant place to nap or read a book. Stepping into the livingroom you notice the inlaid hardwood floor and view to the ocean beyond.

You can cook in the kitchen while enjoying guests in the open great room and dining area. The kitchen has corian countertops, a Frigidaire electric stove, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave and newer dishwasher. It is fully equipped with every kitchen cooking gadget you could imagine.

Travel outside onto the sotillo tiled, covered lanai where you can barbeque and enjoy the water view.

UPstairs has two bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and tiled bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The first bedroom opens out to a smaller view lanai. The second bedroom has a window view of the ocean.

Up another flight of stairs is an indoor suana and a bathroom with it's own jacuzzi tub with corner window view of the garden. The master bedroom has a tiled shower and skylight. Then picture yourself sipping coffee in the morning on the master bedroom covered lanai overlooking the turquoise waters of the cove.

In the afternoon, take a break in the hammock between the palms. Then enjoy the gazebo and in the evening take a soak and enjoy the stars from the portable hot tub. A small trail leads down to the water's edge and steps go into the water for a swim or snorkel.

The garage has been converted into a family room/laundryroom and includes a small kitchenette and toilet.
