The property is situated in the city of Braila, the area is delimited by the ring-road (DN 240) on the Ramnicu – Sarat’s section – Buzaului’s highway, by the railway Braila-Bucuresti, and the Monument Park’s variant and the Buzaului’s emsemble, and by the highway Ramnicu – Sarat (DJ 270).

In the proximity are the buildings of ANL (The National Home Agency) from the ANL’s neighbourhood, where also is the access to the property.
