A short walk to the central plaza, Parque Calderon.
The complex is located at 5-151 Doce de Abril (Av.12 April) at Av. Solano.
Large living room, bath with large shower (no tub) , private washer/dryer.
One bedroom has queen bed, the other has 2 twin beds. Writing desks and large closets in both bedrooms. Programmable safes in both bedrooms. Linens and towels included.
Refinished hardwood floors and all new furniture.
Fully functional kitchen with all new appliances, including stove with oven, refrigerator with top freezer, microwave. New small appliances include coffee maker, toaster, blender. New hair dryer and new iron/ironing board also included.
Cable TV, Internet access (WIFI)
Smoking outside only on the balcony. Sorry, No pets. No sub-leasing.

- RATES: $55/night, 10 day minimum. For the 11th night through the 30th night, the rate drops to $35/night.
Monthly rate (2 months or more), $750/month
Maximum occupancy 4 persons.
$25 key deposit per set (guest is given 2 sets) and $150 damage deposit (refundable).
$25 exit cleaning fee (non-refundable).
Active cell phone available for use during your stay.
$70 charge to the deposit if lost.
Guest pays for the minutes/phone cards.
We will arrange transport from Cuenca's airport to The Adobe with an English speaking driver.
Payment for your reservation is made through our PayPal account with the same name as our email address. If you don't have a PayPal account, it is easy to set one up with a visit to PayPal's main website. Refundable deposits are returned to your Paypal account, no cash refunds, within 10 days of your departure.
No confirmed reservation until all monies due are paid in full.
