The Inn is ideally situated along the main highway between Vieux Fort & Soufriere it is 15 minutes from the main international airport & another 15 minutes away from all the major tourist attractions such as Sulphur Springs etc.
This Inn was constructed in 2005 predominantly of red stones which is unique to only this side of the Island. This was created with an exceptional eye to detail & we can safely say this is the only building of this type on the Island. It consists of 14 rooms all with en-suites, all the rooms upstairs are air-conditioned with cable television & all rooms have there own separate balcony. It has hot & cold running water which is run by solar heating. The Inn has been approved by the St Lucia Tourist Board & they themselves have given us a 3 star rating, the only reason we were not given a 4 star rating was because we had not installed a swimming pool.
It can also boast 2 bars with a fully equipped restaurant, the 2 dining areas can comfortably seat up to 120 people in one sitting. It is set in a lush tropical garden that adds ambience to the Inn. The Inn is multi-functional as it used for weddings, Private Parties & also it used to host the Annual Beauty Pageant which made it the landmark of the area.

What is also useful to know is the Inn is incorporated within a company. The Company currently hold 100 shares so it makes group ownership highly feasible. It also omits the need for a lot of red tape when it comes to overseas ownerships. It also boasts of its own private reservoir which contains up to 50,000 gallons of water so in any case of emergency water will never be an issue.

It is currently non-operational but it just needs someone to breathe a new lease of life into the Building as all the things needed to run an Inn are already in place.
