For a three bedroom apartment the investment is €26,500, you get back €53,000 at the three years( all reserved now)

The developer guarantees to buy the apartment back from you within a 36 month period for double your investment.

Fraction Option

We pleased to confirm that any client who purchased a one, two or three bed investment at VDF, now has the option of either taking the guaranteed buy-back with 100% return, OR taking full ownership of a 1/10th Fraction of an equivalent sized apartment at no extra cost – effectively a 50% discount against the likely sale price.

This would give you 5 weeks usage per year - to keep for yourself, or to put it into the Radisson rental pool with the accompanying rental guarantee.
