Santa Rita Heights sub-division (recently renamed Chactemal Estates) is located 1-1/2 miles north of Corozal Town and Corozal Bay/Caribbean Sea and 7 miles south of the Mexican border and Chetumal, MX. Access is by the paved Northern Highway. The community is about 33 homes owned or rented by persons from diverse cultures, Americans, Canadians, British, and Belizean's. The first language in Belize is English.
