The home is 2 bedrooms two baths stone fireplace with hardwood floors and mostly wood walls open floor plan with great views nesteled in a forest of large trees with views of mountians and Lake .

The trout fishing in lake espolon is incrediable with the average fish being about 18 inches with much larger ones at times being cought.

The landscape of the Futaleufu river valley is very likely one of the most beautiful places on earth but it is quite remote and this home is NOT for the retired couple because of the remoteness of location.

The neighbors are incredible and it is very hard to go anywhere with out being invited to dinner or a Chilian Barbeque which I have come to learn is the center of the cultures social life.

Gringos are well recieved because we are a bit of an oddity and my neighbors see me as someone they need to look out for which is nice.
