There are fruit trees and lawns on front and rear as well as plenty of off road parking.
The villa has luxury fittings such as marble and granite tops in the spacious bathrooms
There is a good size tv room with ensuite bathroom (which can be 4th bedroom) that has a sofa bed and airconditioning
The master bedroom has a spacious balcony with stunning views, airconditioning,walk in closet and large bathroom.
The large office has views to both north and south.
The villa is not suitable for toddlers or small children.
The villa has large invertor and a generator,there are 8 ceiling fans and 2 airconditioning units.

The villa has 24 hour security and staffed if needed

$4500 per month low season
$6000 per month high season
Long term rental $2500 plus utilities. xmas/new years week $3500 weekly
As this is my private home also we ask for a $500 deposit returnable on leaving.
