This beautiful house belonged to a Roman Marquese and has just been completely renovated. It comes with a lovely Olive Grove just outside the village walls with a gorgeous view of the surrounding countryside, where you can have wonderful meals 'Al fresco' and sunbathe.

The house is very comfortably furnished with designer pieces and is in an ideal position exactly half way between Rome and Florence. There is a master bedroom with en suite full bathroom and a wonderful view of the countryside.
It has a guest bedroom also with en suite full bathroom, a dining room that seats six and a kitchen with all the appliances one could wish for. The living room is on the ground floor as well as the half bathroom. It is very inviting and the couch can serve as the extra bed for an additional guest.
There is a maid/cook that can be at your disposal for cleaning and preparing meals whenever you wish. She is a wonderful cook and you will really enjoy her Umbrian home cooking made with fresh ingredients and lovingly prepared.

The Olive Grove is just a 100 metres outside the village walls and is the ideal place to spend a relaxing moment under an olive tree reading a good book. It is half an acre and has 50 olives and 5 rows of vines and a fabulous view of the surrounding countryside. There is a wonderful pool a five minute car ride away where you can swim and sunbathe for a very modest cost per day or week.

As we are on the Tuscany Umbria border you have the best of both worlds. In Umbria you have, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Assisi, Citta della Pieve, and the Umbria jazz festival. In Tuscany you have, Cetona, Montepulciano,Pienza, Siena, Florence, and Chianti to name a few. Rome and Florence airports are only one and a half hours away and Forli airport only an hour away.
