Downtown Cancun Home with 7 Bdrms / 4 Bathrooms.  Accommodating groups and families of up to 30 guests.  You can enjoy an airconditioned homey vacation in a clean and safe home centrally located walking distance from Market 28, downtown Cancun.  2 Patio bedrooms ensuite with 2 twin beds each, that can be converted in King, 1 ensuite Master bedroom with 5 bunkbeds, so ten twin beds, walk-in closet, terrace overlooking palmtrees, and 4 bedrooms each with two bunkbeds, so 4 twin beds each, 16 beds there. Total 30 beds in 7 bedrooms.  Total four bathrooms, three with shower, one with bathtub. Palapa in patio.   

If you wish to spend a WINTER with a great weather come and stay here.  If you want to explore the Mayan archaeological sites, go beach combing, clubbing, SCUBA diving, visit X-Caret, Xel-Ha, Exxplor, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel, Ek-Balam, Merida, and more, this is your perfect choice.
  
This vacation rental accommodates students, families and groups.  We have been proud hosts of international organizations that attended the United Nations COP16, yoga groups, wedding groups, convention parties, graduation celebrations, tourists and families in holiday gatherings.

Daily Rate of COMPLETE HOME is USD$250. OPTIONAL  Additional charges for laundry, Continental breakfast cooking daily fee is US$20.00 (you buy food, there is a great ONLINE order-scheduled home DELIVERY service of groceries in Cancun)  airport/bus station transfer, weekly cleaning charge IS INCLUDED, weekly change of sheets and towels.  Local information available for great places to eat, places to visit, shopping, and sightseeing.  No smoking allowed inside the house.  No pets allowed.
