Property is situated in the beautiful city of Joao Pessoa (Cabo Branco - the most exclusive area in Joao Pessoa). The apartment has 5 levels, prices increase per floor. Joao Pessoa is the 2nd greenest city in the world, the city is famous for it's beaches such as Cabo Branco, Tambau, Manaira and Bessa which have some of the most beautiful sunsets. Although flights arrive into Joao Pessoa airport from all over Brazil the airport does not go international until 2005. The nearest international airport is Recife, which is approx 1.5 hours away. When Joao Pessoa airport does go international we are expecting to see property prices increase considerably, this airport is currently open to internal flights and is approx 15 to 20 km away (in land) from the apartments. Joao Pessoa is the Capital City of the state Paraiba.
