Nothing is too much trouble for a native of Pigna. We have wonderful village dances all summer long where gran and grandad (nonno and nonna) get to teach their grandkids how to waltz, tango, mambo, salsa and anything else the band can play and then the kids get to teach nonno and nonna how to boogie, or whatever it is called these days, one thing is absolutely guaranteed and that is a great time for everyone.
The village has 3 village stores, 3 restaurants, 4 coffee bars, a pizzeria,a doctor's surgery, pharmacy, bank, Post Office, tennis courts, football field, playing fields, 2 children's playgrounds, plenty of parking, all the amenities you could want on a small village scale. Rock pools are dotted around the village which make spectacular bathing holes in the endless hot summer.

Take a plane to Nice airport pick up a hire car point towards Genova Italy (Genes in French) on the motorway, 25 minutes you are in Italy exit the motorway at Ventimiglia and then turn left at the end of Ventimiglia and 20 minutes later you will arrive in Pigna.
