Treasure Beach is located on the South side of the Island. 2.5 hours drive from Montego Bay Airport. Treasure Beach is an area that is quiet but is also growing in the Tourist business. There are several small properties near by. It has a lot of potential for future growth and development.

The property sits on 1 1/2 acres of beach front. There is a lovely cottage on the property for the Manager or Owner. One bedroom, Loft, Living, Dining and Kitchen combined, Veranda to the front and back. Laundry Room, Store Room and an Office. All with A/C. The Cottage has a solar water heater as well as electric.

Button Bay Beach Getaway was built with a rustic very homely style. There is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa as well as 9 double rooms. All tastefully decorated. We are selling because my husband and I want to retire.

There is a generator on the property that lights up the entire property, There is a well on the property that provides water for the pool, bathrooms and kitchen. There is partial solar as well as the public supply for electricity. Therw is satalite TV as well as satalite internet.

All the bedrooms and bathrooms are very tastefully decorated. The grounds are landscaped. All bathrooms have hot and cold water.
