For a Single Bedroom Apartment we will charge £ 118.75 night and out of this, you as the owner will receive 40% = £ 47.5 night.

For a Double Bedroom Apartment we will charge £ 143.75 night and out of this, you as the owner will receive 40% = £ 57.5 per night.

We will pay all electric, water, linen, bills etc.

All owners have to do is sit back and relax and the money will come to you!
