Just 50 miles east of Miami, easily accessible by boat or plane, this property is on beautiful North Bimini Island, famous for its beaches, fishing, diving and its friendly people. This property is a lovely 2-story residence surrounded by a spacious yard with a covered terrace on the first floor and 2 balconies on the second floor. There are 2 separate bathrooms, one on each floor.
The bedroom on the second floor is very large and connects to 2 balconies with ocean and bay views, excellent for checking out the sea conditions. The first floor has a sofa-sleeper and connects to a full kitchen. Several people can sleep comfortably on air beds on either floor if needed but is also the perfect setting for a couple who just want to relax. A spiral stairwell is set in the corner.
The treehouse is located in Bimini Bay Resort and Marina, a full-service resort with multiple amenities, including two pools, one being a stunning infinity pool where you can watch the spectacular sunsets. A larger pool closer to the marina has an in-pool bar and a very good restaurant. In the Fisherman Village there are fashion stores, jewelry stores, pizza and ice cream parlors, an arcade for kids, a dive shop, a fully equipped fishing tackle store, a sports bar, and a fully-stocked grocery store. Golf cart rentals and bicycle rentals are also available. Internet/Wi-Fi is accessible in the lobby, both pools, both marinas, and most of the properties.
There are several beaches, some secluded among rocky coves, and a longer beach with beach amenities, including, but not limited to, jet-skiing and inflatable rock-climbing.
Also available is a 50' slip in the new mega-yacht marina close to the large pool area and restaurant which can be rented from same owner.
