The master bedroom offers a king size bed, Mahoney furniture and French doors leading to the pool and a breathtaking view of the ocean. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans that coupled with the refreshing breeze from the ocean makes for a restful night's sleep. The open concept living /dining space offers cathedral ceiling and modern leather furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. An outdoor gas grill is also provided.

Vale Sekoula is located in the community of Matei on the North North/East part of the island. We have 3 small shops nearby where u can buy basic groceries, wine and liquor. You can take a nice stroll down the road to visit a number of quaint casual restaurants, or a drive can take you to a handful of other choices on the island.

The 1500 sq (approx) Villa is constructed of concrete, which guarantees low maintenance and ensures the house stays cool. The roof is constructed of steel. With no power on this end of the island the Villa is equipped with solar panels, battery bank, inverter and a Olympia 8kw generator on demand. This system ensures you are never without power. The generator shed/workshop is located at the far end of the property.


In 2006 the Villa became a vacation rental property. All necessary documents (hotel license, etc) are included in the sale. Gross revenue more than covers all expenses including upkeep and staff. when we rebuilt the pool in 2012 all costs were covered by our rental income!
The caretaker Buna has looked after the Villa for over 15 years. She greets guests with her warm Fijian ways and has loved getting to know people from different parts of the world. We have enjoyed the vacation rental business so much that we have decided to buy a resort closer to our home in Canada to run full time.
