A: Pets are allowed as owner occupant. The fees are on BOTH units. As a resort it includes Electric, Water, Cable, Internet. Appliances are up to the Owner because usage various depending if owner wants to rent out or live in it full time. You can have a Large Fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and some owners burner plates. Again depending on usage is what is allowed. Maintenance is included as it is part of the resort requirements, but on things the owner has to keep up like in any home it is subject to the repairs needed.

Q: Is the buyer able to remodel the units? Can the units be combined into a single dwelling? Can the units be full-time owner occupied, or are there restrictions on the length of occupancy?
