The property includes a beautiful, luxury 2-Story Beach House, privately located on its own promontory, with ocean on 3 sides.

The house has a penthouse set up on upper floor, with rich, dark wood floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. High ceilings, large covered wrap-around deck with breathtaking ocean views. Full kitchen with granite counter tops throughout.
the lower level has 2 separate suites, each with a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a private, covered, tiled deck on two sides, with beach and ocean views.
The house is private, and located 350 yards from the resort, down a coconut palm lined concrete walkway.
The house has its own large boat dock, with covered boat area behind a protected, tree-topped miniature isla (mini island), with its own charming palapa for enjoying the breezes and the views.

A 11,000 sqft Clubhouse is included in the resort. It has vaulted ceilings, tiled roof, reception area with 2 bathrooms, full office, boutique, living room area with couches and large screen TV, book exchange and DVD library. There is also a fully equipped chef’s kitchen for the resort. The Clubhouse Bar is located right next to the kitchen area. The clubhouse also contains 2 staff rooms with their own bathrooms, as well as storage rooms, a business center for guests with bathroom, a play area with pool table and game tables, as well as a massage/spa room with adjoining covered deck, and its own bathroom.
The Clubhouse also features and indoor/outdoor restaurant with a very large covered porch area of about 1500 sqft facing the pool, swim-up bar and ocean. This area catches the breezes and is laid out with high quality teak recliners and all weather mattresses, as well as Balinese dining furniture for guests to enjoy the cool air throughout day and night.

The property has a self-contained power plant with 3 diesel generators set in a large concrete building to the back of the property. All electrical systems are run underground and engineered for efficiency and quiet, with a main panel room and 4 stepdown transformers.

All structures have 220 a/c LG air conditioners and gas on-demand water heaters. All resort and main house furniture is custom made and imported from Bali.
Water supply is from roof catchment to 50000 gallons storage, and also wells that pump to 2 large concrete water towers.

Workers’ accommodations consist of 7 additional living spaces to the back of the property, plus their own full kitchen and TV room.

All resort facilities and the house have flat screen TV’s with satellite service. The Clubhouse has wi-fi Internet plus a computer room for guests. The reception has both a cell phone and a satellite phone.

The resort is organized with a complete network of concrete pathways throughout the guests and employee areas.

There 2 large palm-roof palapas on the beach and 3 smaller ones. There are 6 kayaks on racks at the beach, for guests to use. There are 4 resort boats, a 23ft panga with a 40 hp Yamaha motor, that seats 12 people; a 18ft Caribe pro with console, 50hp 4 stroker Suzuki motor that sits 5 people; a 12ft aluminum boat, and a 21ft aluminum speedboat. Outdoor showers at the beach (4), and nother (1) close to the pool. A small children’s splash pool sits between the Clubhouse and the main pool.

The resort has been opened for 2 years, and is one of the top rated hotels in Panama.

Each villa has a tile roof, a full bathroom with hot/cold Water faucets, Air Conditioning, and covered wooden decks boasting incredible ocean views.

The resort itself is established on 5 acres of the land, at the northerly end of the white sand beach, leaving about 20 acres for future development. In addition to the main white sand beach, there are pathways to 2 other beautiful deserted beaches, accessible from the property. One is a small idyllic cove, and the other is another long white sand beach with coconut palms.

There is room for either 10 to 12 more beachfront villas, or 8 custom beach fronted home sites. All underground utilities for future development are already completed.

Behind the front line home/cottage sites, there are perhaps 20 to 30 villa or home sites on high ground, with ocean views.

The property has many fruit trees – papaya, mango, avocado, star fruit, guanabana, banana, passion fruit, orange, lemon, lime, breadfruit, cacao and many more. Over 400 coconut palms are reaching a mature state with many more recently planted.

The resort is located approximately 30 mns by boat from the town of Bocas del Toro (airport), inside an island and reef protected watrway, enabling guests to travel in and out, 365 days a year. Chiriqui Grande, on the mainland, is reachable within 50 mns by boat

The property took 5 years to build, and was constructed using primarily indigenous labor, with extreme care taken to protect the environment, and no heavy machinery was used and the terrain was undisturbed, and we did not cut any first growth forest.

The back of the property is primary rain forest with miles of walking trails. From this location, you can easily access all that there is to see of the vast natural wealth of the Bocas islands.

Rooms at the resort rent from $175 to $365 per night double occupancy. The resort has a management couple who are Americans, plus a local staff of 12 to 15 people, depending on the season.

The construction methods were undertaken with great care to see that maintenance was reduced to a minimum for the future. Concrete foundations for all structures, concrete plastered walls, tile roofs with no exposed wood decks and dual glazed windows on doors. Virtually all floors (except the penthouse) are quality tile and all structures were insulated, with high ceilings to keep them cool.

There is a fully fenced and laid out vegetable garden, and the aim is to be as self-sustainable as possible in fruits and vegetables. Virtually all seafood is obtained directly from local indigenous fishermen.
