Huge White Sand Beach Property

The beach property is located in Sarangani Province, in the most southern part of the Philippines along the Celebes Sea.

Situated in an exotic area of 12,3 hectares (30,4 acres) stands a main building with an atrium of 13 meters high. On each side of the main building are two separated wings with rooms, with a total of 30 rooms of 48 square meters each. Further, there is a facility center with 14 rooms, a water tower and gate house, a 200 meter long water disposal canal and a 1000 meter long wall surrounding the property.

The white sand beach is 240 meters long and runs along a crystal clear sea with beautiful coral reefs. The total coast line is 600 meters long. A 60 meter pier has been built to prevent sand wash out.

At this point only 4 hectares of the 12,3 hectares has been developed. This offers the opportunity of major expansions, such as buildings, villa's, etc. depending on the demand.

The construction of the buildings and infrastructure are at an advanced stage and are for 80% completed. An additional capital of approximately 1 million US dollar is needed for further completion of buildings, facilities and infrastructure. Six to eight months are needed to complete the construction and development of the property. The completion time and costs depends heavily on the final usage of the property.
