We are the original and only owners this property has ever had. It has been used very little and never rented. The building, called "Terrasol" is located in the heart of this beautiful coastal city, and boasts unobstructed 360º views of the Pacific Ocean, the white sand beaches across the street, the famous Bay and City of Valparaiso, the Pacific Coastline, as well as the surrounding hills behind the building. It is located on Av. San Martin, on the corner of 15 Norte.


The building consists of three towers. The middle tower is the tallest. Each tower has two apartments or condos per floor and in the middle tower, the last 5 floors are the "Penthouses", as they occupy the whole floor. Our Penthouse is the entire 20th floor of the middle tower. For New Years, the Bay of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar display one of the most spectacular fireworks spectacles in the world, with around 20 launch points along the extensive coastline. Our building, situated overlooking the water, is virtually smack in the middle and offers one of the most spectacular views from its multiple terraces.

Two elevators arrive directly into the apartment's Entry Hall. On the West side (towards the ocean) is the Living Room (with a gas chimney), enclosed Dining Room, Kitchen, Loggia (Laundry Room) and Maid's Quarters, with a full bathroom (that can be easily converted to another bedroom). On the East side there are two bedrooms in Suite (one is the Master) each with their own enclosed terrace, and a third bedroom that we use as a den/guest room. You will also find the Guest Bathroom in the East Wing. The whole condo is surrounded by enclosed terraces giving a total area of around 3,000 sq. ft. All the bathrooms are marble except for the maid's.
