Graceyville is a luxury airconditioned 3 bedroom family holiday home set in a beautiful and tranquil gated develpment in the Devtraco gated community off Spintex road a much sought after location in Accra. It has a security check point with 24 hour security manned post at the main entrance to give you an extra peace of mind.

SECURITY: The villa is also monitored with (CCTV) security system to give added security and above all a peace of mind.

SERVICES: A well management team has been appointed to ensure that your holiday home is in first class condition when you arrive and also offer any help and advise you may need during your stay at the villa.

AMENITIES:

This villa is located within 15 minutes drive from the Accra Kotoka International airport and not more than 30 minutes drive from the Tema main seaport. Easy access to numerours shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and carry outs/take aways, night clubs, and internet cafes. Public trannsportation and taxis are frequent anytime of the day. Pickups and stops are just in front of the main gate.

This executive spacious three bedroom home is superbly furnished to the highest standard comfortably sleeps six.

This accommodation is fully air-conditioned have two toilet and also a seperate guest toiled and hot running water in the bathrooms.

KITCHEN:

This kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all cooking utensils etc for a self catering holiday. Have combination of Gas and Electric cooker.

DINNING AREA:
This Dinning suite comfortably seats six. It has a corner suite

LOUNGE:
This spacious room has a ceremic floor tiles and is tastefully furnished with leather suite and a drink cabinate with a modern sound and cinema system.

PORCH:
This outside sitting area has a landscapped garden which make it ideal for relaxation.

ELECTRICITY:
This villa is fitted with a prepaid meter which will be loaded with 30 Cedis credit on arrival. The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required when runout during the duration of their stay and the staff will be able to assist if this situation arises.

BACKUP GENERATOR:

This will come with a full tank of fuel on arrival and customer is responsible for buying more as required when runout during the duration of their stay and the staff will be able to assist if this situation arises.

LAUNDRY:
We do provide washing machine an iron and ironing board for use (not washing powder). Please wash on full load whenever possible to conserve water. Changing of bed linen service is carried out twice a week but extra cleaning can be arranged in between stay when needed with no extra cost.
