The exterior doors are made of solid Iroko wood (6 main doors, 6
doors with double glazed thermal, cupboards (a dozen in different
environments), all shutters and windows of solid Iroko wood
treated with primer paint (except the shutters that are in white enamel), are in perfect maintenance conditions. Their manteinance is perfect.
In the garden-park (one hectare) there are secular trees: a
hundred oak trees, tens of cypress trees, 30 kinds of palms,
magnolias, oleanders, olive trees, pomegranates, fruit trees.
As garden furniture, two gazebos, bowls, swings, aviary, four fixed tables marble and grit made, one has 20 seat places, space for a
