- There is another guest bedroom upstairs with 2 Single beds and own toilet and shower room.
- All beddings and towels are provided including pool towels and the villa is cleaned every third day.
- The villa is located in a guarded safe subdivision, in the center of the city of Davao City. Airport is 8 minutes drive, malls are just 5 minutes drive, restaurants, bars, supermarkets are just outside the subdivision.
- The nearest beach is a 10 minutes boat ride across the city. The Island boasts of its white sand beach, Samal Island.
