It also has a fully equipped hotel kitchen, laundry room, service area and fantastic gardens.

The house in the same grounds is a two stories building with two rooms, mezzanine, two bathrooms, kitchen - living room and dinning room in open plans, patio with adobe oven, balcony and it comes furnished.

The project has an adjacent land with a green house and a vegetable garden with possibility of expanding.
