The Kassandra Peninsula hosts some very interesting cultural festivals during the summer months.

• The Sani Festival, which takes place in July and August, since 1991 at Sani Resort, includes jazz music concerts with the only international festival of jazz music in the Greek territory with the continuous presence of more than ten years. Also

- 1. Main body. The main body of the complex of buildings will be constructed of reinforced concrete (concrete class C20-25, Steel Class S500s), according to the static, whereas the Greek regulation (N.E.K. 2000), and all revisions and amendments thereto.
- 2. Walls. EXTERNAL WALLS: The exterior walls of the facades will be built with perforated bricks of excellent quality in terms of size and baking. The construction of external walls will be double walls with free running intermediate insulation layer 5cm thick wool, capable of insulating capacity and the total thickness. - 7. Facing Coatings. All buildings are characterized by specific architectural details and finishes bearing the seal of the designer.
