Land/Center in Arin-Cusco-Sacred Valley, Cusco, Peru

Land for Investment or Development

This Magical Land is located approximately 50 km (one hour) from Cusco, Peru. Located in the heart of the Sacred Valley, it rests in seclusion above the village of Arin, and directly below the Killaunu Waterfall (40 meters/120 feet tall) and the Sacred Mountain of the Pitusaray. This area was once ceremonial land of the Inca and pre-Inca periods. In the middle of the property we have built a circular building that was originally created to be a Center for Holistic and Ceremonial Practices. Construction of the Center was completed in July of 2009. The Center sits on 4100 sq. meters (one acre+) of beautifully terraced gardens, with over 150 fruit trees (peach, apricot and avocado) The main circular building has 141 sq. meters (1520 sq. ft.) with a mechanical room and changing room, three attached bathrooms and one shower. There is also a 200 sq. ft. detached storage building. The main Temple building has hardwood floors with radiant floor heat with an electric hot water tank and pump. A new 220-volt electrical line and meter have been run to the property. There is water year-round coming directly from the canal that feeds the Killaunu Waterfall. We have constructed a Temescal (sweat lodge) that will accommodate up to 25 people. . We have planted organic vegetable gardens and flower gardens on the more then 20 terraced Gardens that surround the Main Center Building. There are beautiful Grassed terraces throughout the Property..

The Center can easily be converted to a single family home..
