There is the freedom to ride motorbikes or quadbikes on the beach.
It feels like a million miles away from the city and yet it is only 3-4 hours drive to Nelson and Christchurch. It is just an awesome place to get away from it all.
You can relax at pubs and cafes or go out hard core in the outdoors - walking local tracks through beautiful native bush, checking out abandoned mines, canoeing, beachcombing, fishing and hunting. Up the road is the world famous Heaphy Track and Karamea.

In New Zealand dollars we require $100,000. It is very difficult to give a firm USD amount because of the wierd state of the USD at present!! Sorry about that, go blame Washington. When we listed the property we required USD$75,000 but this may change to one degree or another because of the state of politics in the USA. We believe that our asking price is extremely good for a freehold residential section fronting onto a sandy beach.
