A unique, small scale and exclusive ocean-front project, existing of only 16 turn-key luxury contemporary hotel villas on private grounds, located on a white sand beach in tropical settings on the Indian Ocean. Everything will be created to harmonize our facilities with the surrounding natural beauty our estate has to offer.

PRICE & AVAILABILITY

All 16 ocean front villas are sold at $269,500 USD each. (13 units left)

Payment can either be made in full or it can be structured as follows and secured in a safe escrow account:
10% deposit upon signing of the contract ($26.950)
15% at the construction starting date (around six months from now)
25% after 3 months after the start date
20% after 6 months after the start date
20% after 9 months after the start date
10% after 12 months after the start date

The Oxygen-team provides complete management, including reservations and marketing, full-service operations, maintenance, administration and security. This is a carefree investment at its best with a proven track record.

RENTAL PROGRAM
The Oxygen Rental Program is organized by means of a rental pool. The purpose of a rental pool is to fairly share the rental income that is received by all 16 participating villas in the Oxygen Rental Program.

RETURN ON THE INVESTMENT
50% of the turnover of the 16 villas will be paid equally to the owners at the end of each quarter. Shareholders yearly returns are based on the occupancy rate of the combined Oxygen Beach Villas.

Maintenance costs vary according to occupancy rates and are between $1500 USD and max. $2750 USD each year.

The average rental price is an estimated $440 USD/night, but may vary according to question and demand.

CAPITAL GAIN
The Oxygen Beach Villas are not time-shares. Owners, through their purchased shares, hold the rights to their villa and the Ocean front land it is built upon. Although the villas are part of the Oxygen Beach Villas indefinitely, owners are free to re-sell their villas.
