We are developing a resort at Chidenquele, 260km North of Maputo,Mozambique. The property is 10ha with 250m seafront. 16 Exclusive 3-bedroomed houses will be built with seaview, plus a 4-star Lodge and beach bar. 10 2-bedroom houses sleeping 4, will be build behind the dune with a beautiful bushveld view within easy walking distance from the sea. All legal documents in place. Approved plans are available.

Land ownership operates under the 99-year lease system. Land is leased on a 50 year basis with an option to renew the option for another 49 years. We have the Duat and the Minister of Tourism's written approval for the project enabling us to build on the property and sell these Shareblock units.

After carefull consideration we have decided to opt for Shareblock or fractional ownership.

Therefor, the options available under Shareblock is:

Option A: 21 days per annum, in season, for the next 10 years $12 000 US or R95 000 RSA for 3-bedroom units (please enquire prices for 2-bedroom units)


Option B: 10 days per annum, in season, for the next 10 years $6 000 US or R47500 RSA for 3-bedroom units (please enquire prices for 2-bedroom units)


Option C: 21 days per annum, out of season, for the next 10 years $9 000 US or R65 000 RSA for 3-bedroom units (please enquire prices for 2-bedroom units)


Option D: 10 days per annum, out of season, for the next 10 years $4 000 US or R32 500 RSA for 3-bedroom units (please enquire prices for 2-bedroom units)

Excellent deep-sea fishing, numerous off-shore reefs. Charters can be arranged (catches of 2 to 300kg per day are not uncommon). Marlin, sailfish, barracuda, spanish mackerel and durado are some of the species readily available. Reef fish in abundance. Rock cod of 20 to 40 kgs not uncommon. Catch-and-release practised as far as possible.

Approximately 5 km behind the property is a 30km long inland lake with sailing, waterskiing etc. Tropical vegetation occurs along the lake.
