My house has large trees on three sides with a creek. Lots of birds and squirrels and iguanas. Walk to ocean beaches, nearby river, mountain hiking. You can go gold panning, sport fishing, bird watching, and beach combing, hiking in the nearby National Park.

I have been here three years but now have a baby girl I need to take care of. I have taken the house about as far as I can go and it’s time to move on. Considering the market my original price was $163K and have lowered the price to 150K and will of course consider all offers. Houses in the area take one or two or more years to build so this is a great opportunity to just hire the local cabinetry carpenter and move in!
