The complex of our luxury traditional villas is located at Analipsi in Maltezana. It is considered one of the most beautiful and traditional areas of Astypalea and has some of the most beautiful and crystal-clear beaches.

The villas are built on a plot just in front of a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water, which has a very small dock for 3 or 4 boats . Adjacent to the plot are two traditional fish restaurants where you can find fresh local food.

At the next bay which is 1 km far there is a small traditional harbour where local fishermen bring fresh fish which can be shopped on the spot.

Each villa has a view of the mainland-capital "Chora" and is located in front of a nice blue crystal clear beach.

The villas are of high quality material and made with care and divotion while furnitures give a traditional "aroma" to the space.

Further to the above, note that Astypalaia is accessible by both boat and airplane. There are at least 4 flights per week from Athens International Airport - Eleftherios Venizelos and during high season there might be more.
Astypalea has a rather evident Cycladic style with whitewashed houses and churches. It is a quiet destination with many picturesque spots. The island combines a flavour of both light night pleasure, tasty traditional Greek restaurants and old sightseeings potential as well.
