Nice and quiet beach house in El Palmarcito just 5 minutes walk from well known Club Atami and about 150m from the beach. It can be the perfect retreat for retirees or an exciting outlet for surf lovers since we have great waves most of the year.

El Palmarcito is a nice, quiet and safe place to live. You can feel free to walk and greet our locals and tourists without concern because they are friendly people and used to visitors. Also, there is a Police check point at about 500m. The place is about 30 minutes from El Salvador International Airport.

We are only 10 mins driving for Downtown, La Libertad where you can find all kinds of fresh seafood, souvenirs, restaurants and attractions.

House is furnished but long term tennants are welcome to bring their own furnishings. Property is pretty spacy with three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. Main bedroom has its own bath. Also, downstairs you will find the kitchen, laundry room, a third 1/2 bathroom. There is a large deck upstairs where you can sit, relax and enjoy narure's gifts.
We have different kinds of fruit trees and coconuts. We have short and long term contracts are welcome. too.

We do also offer transportation/tours services upon request at very affordable rates. Tours can be local(la Libertad), around El Salvador and Central America with experienced guides that would gladly
take you to the most exciting places in El Salvador and surrounding areas.
