This is an amazing piece of beachfront property on Playa Pie de la Cuesta, Acapulco, Mexico, RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HOTEL/RESTAURANT ZONE, which was originally purchased in order to build a small, luxury boutique hotel. However, due to personal circumstances changing, it is no longer possible from a time perspective, which is the reason for the sale of the land. The lot is almost 3,000 square meters (about ¾ of an acre), is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, and has nothing on it but beautiful palm trees, all just waiting to be developed. This beach is known to have some of the most beautiful sunsets in all of Mexico, and some of the most amazing waves!
