All floors and ( cathedral)ceilings are wooden. The roof is tiled with spanish tiles, this is important to don't hear the rain! Next to the house there is a second building, one side a fully equipped fitness, the other side is a ballplay place.( closed to the sides, so the balls don't fly into the swimmingpool) Now, if the house is spectaculary beautiful, the garden is a real paradise!!In the front and the back, same level as the house, there is a tropical garden ,lots of different kinds of plants, lots of flowers, lots of birds. The 2 levels , going down to the river, are cleaned is unbelievable is a 100m river frontage, even a little beach wenn the waterlevel is low , the river splts in 2 parts, and there is a little island right on the property. Most of the time there is not more then 50 cm water in the river. It is superclear, you can fish trouts, there are 2 swim holes for those that are not afraid of cold water...
