- A type villa is an exclusive detached villa of 290 m2, built over 4 floors, it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and an open roof terrace with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea. Except for the general features of the villas, with A type villa there comes private sauna, underground garage and functioning open fire place in the living room to heat your second home in Alanya in the short winter period as well. Most of the villas have also a private swimming pool and jacuzzi.

- The specifications of the B type villa are identical with the A type however slightly smaller in size (275 m2). It still consists of 4 floors with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a spacious roof terrace. To your highest comfort you can enjoy private sauna, open fire place, private jacuzzi and pool or underground garage beside the general features of each villa.

- C type are semi-detached villas built over 3 floors. Such a villa includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open roof terrace with a view over the Mediterranean. Beside the general features which are the same for all villa types, you still get an open fire place in the living room as a standard of C type villas.

- A villa of D type is a semi-detached villa comprised from 3 floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a seaview open roof terrace. It includes general features of the villas to your comfort (marble floors, underfloor heating, fully fitted kitchen, white goods, air-conditions, fitted bathrooms, shutters and fly nets on the windows, safety entrance door).
