The area is very private and safe, there are practically no neighbors within half mile around.  The hotel/retreat was designed and built by the famous artist Leonid Afremov. The package comes with permission to use his name and his client-ell  for marketing of the hotel.  The hotel is completely functioning and operational, it also comes with a well developed business plan. About The Hotel/Retreat:

• The hotel was designed by Leonid Afremov and built in 2010.
• The landscaping and the building are designed to be a part of the nature around it
• The built area is 600 square meters, 6,458.3462 square feet

• There is an underground Cave on the property where people can go down
• Everything is designed in a local Mayan Style

The road Ruta La Cenotes has many nature eco parks for Zip Lines, Cave swimming and diving, horseback ridding, ATV, Bicycles and more.

The purpose of the property is an ecoological hotel/ retreat. However,  It can be used for very private parties that request 100% privacy. It can be used as a vacation home or a as a residential home.

Financing:

We provide financing for the property. With a down-payment of $100,000 . You can pay the rest off within 5 years with equal payments of $2,500 with no interest

The property is owned by Citizens of Israel. We will provide all the nessesery legal help to aquire residential visa for Mexico and permissions for purchase. We have a very good lawyer that will handle this for you. This legal help is included in the price.
