This contemporary exclusive beach house is set on acres of private land overlooking a tranquil beach hideaway along the western shore of the Gulf of Thailand at Haad Chao Samran Beach in Petchaburi Province - less than 2-hour drive from Bangkok. The house was designed with the concept of elegance and simplicity. The location was picked carefully, to ensure our privacy and isolation on peaceful weekends and holidays, getting away from the busy Bangkok city life. It is ideal as a city-escape, for those who wish to accommodate guests or family members on weekends. It can also be considered as the perfect retirement home.

The interior is planned with 3 large bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a large adjoining dressing room with walk-in closet and the others have their own full bathrooms equipped with all amenities. Sliding glass door from each bedroom has a direct access balcony connected all up-stair areas together (so the whole house doesn't need to get wet when the kids are done with the banana boat and the pool!) Planned by a conscious designer who loves the luxury of spacious and trendy bathrooms, the main bathroom is sure to be categorized in the "heaven in a home" style - it is definitely a big part of our home. Separate from the main house via a suspended walkway is the small chalet. It has its own bedroom and bathroom which can be served for more accommodation for two.

We grow tropical gardens to surround the house, and we have large open space for more sports and activities (badminton, volleyball, setting up kite-surfing equipments, etc.) We have an extensive living areas inside and outside to suit all occasions. There is a standard size swimming pool that looks directly out to sea. There are sundeck areas; indoor and outdoor showers (and a large walk-in closet for the Master Bedroom).

On the first floor is a large open hallway, to the left is the 48 square meters family room consisting of comfortable sofa readily equipped with 34" UBC cable TV (one of the best/most popular cable TV networks), DVD, CD, and built-in sound system from Bang & Olufsen controlled throughout the house and extends to outdoor area by the dining space and pool as well (hidden speakers in the bush and garden area :)). The study room, with two work tables, is readily set-up with wireless internet network and fax/printing machine. Wireless covers all indoor areas and small other outdoor areas.

Our one of the world’s best kitchens by Siematic™ is fully functional, sleek, and stylish. It is equipped with MIELE™ appliances and equipments that meet the standards of world’s best chefs. Our kitchen is very much loved and appreciated by great chefs and home-cookers alike. The large indoor dining area seats up to 10-12 people, and same goes for the dining space outdoor - for a better view, on a clear day :) (and most days are good throughout the year here :) Additionally, there is also an open dining area in the garden that can serve as, for example, a barbecue dinner.

Our Helipad is the first legal privately own Helipad in Thailand. And it is very likely that it is still the only one in the country. If you wish, you can arrange to be dropped off at this house by a helicopter directly from Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Bangkok. The owners of this house are a couple that are private pilots (who also designed and live in this home). They are very nice people, have contacts and can direct/guide you to whatever you need when it comes to flying in Thailand or arranging helicoptor flight times, etc.

Additional water sports equipments and mountain bikes in very good conditions can go with the house for $250,000. This includes 2 Catamarans, 1 Laser, 3-4 jet-skis, windsurf equipments with different board sizes, wakeboarding gears, kite-surfing equipments, all mint and in very good working conditions. Our house is also the ultimate "Golfers Paradise" – it is surrounded with very nice golf courses such as Kaeng Krachan Country Club, Sawang Resort & Golf Club, Spring Field Golf Club, Lake View Golf Club, Palm Hill Golf Club, Royal Hua-Hin Golf Club, Black Mountain Golf Club, just to name a few (all within 30 - 45 minutes drive away)
