Unique cultural monument of historical Post Station/Inn is situated in small village of Kozelnik, cc 6km from highway between Vienna, Bratislava, Zilina, Kosice. Situated in valley and surrounded by large forest, valleys and hills. The whole country area is famous for its healing thermal spas, spring water and beautiful nature.

The two-storey house, 2 huge stables and workshops, hand-carved cellar under the huge stone hill behind the property, stone-tiled courtyard and surrounded land is situated directly on the main road leading to UNESCO town Banska Stiavnica. Original baroque style is still present in the house and many details.

Bus-stops next to the house, local historical tram are regularly available for tourists or local transport. Flights from Vienna/Bratislava to nearby spa town Sliac will be available in the near future again. Existing bus stop is located on our property and can be utilised for guests parking. Approximately 10 parking places can be created. Additional parking is inside leading through large iron gates.

The house needs reconstruction but until 2008 was permanently inhabited. Electricity and water are still connected. Recently completed new heating (wood and wooden pellets) and water system (new pipes). New radiators are build in every room. Additionally, there are tiled stoves in three rooms and kitchen stove in one of the kitchen. Town water supply and sewerage septic tank are in good condition. There is option for opening of an old existing well in the courtyard. The water in there is absolutely clean - spring/mineral water.

The stone cellar (8x20 m) is cleaned and vacant. The fresh spring water running from the hill runs under the hand carved channel in the middle of the floor and is cleverly covered by individually carved tiles.

The whole building, attic and the roof are healthy.
Building material: stones and brick, wooden floors, wooden doors and iron gates from 4 sides. Courtyard and surrounded walls are from the same stone.

Attic and stables can be utilised as additional space.

The whole house and land is silently waiting to be found and reconstructed as an unique historical Inn Kozelnik. There is possible to use Euro funding for reconstruction through the Slovak Ministry of Culture.
