Granada Newly Built Home with a Pool

This beautiful semi colonial home, was built in 2005. It
was designed and built by yours truly.
The front is the colonial part, and the bedroom house is
more modern. The whole house has lots of little details.
The swimming pool is just large enough to swim a few
lapses and wonderful to just cool off and sit and sip a
drink.
The mirador was the first one built in the area and has a
wonderful view over the city, the lake and volcano
Mombacho. It is equally enjoyable during the day and at
night.
The location is such that you can walk any direction you
want and find what you're looking for. The park is close by,
the lake as well, banking, shopping and restaurants are just
around the corner.
The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors friendly. The
house has enough protection without it making obvious
that it actually is protection, but it works.
So, simply put... is a very comfortable house at a
favorable location.
